Functionality You Will Love

Order confirmation

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order once you accept the quote. Any cancellations thereafter will result in the loss of this deposit.

Rush orders

Please allow min of 3 working days between ordering and delivery. Rush orders and changes within 3 days of delivery will incur a rush fee starting at 25% of your order.

Creative Control

Each product is handmade, and every artist is unique, so variations will occur. Steep Bakes will use creative discretion to recreate inspiration pictures as closely as possible, but exact replicas will not be made.

Product Responsibility

Steep Bakes' responsibility ends once your order is delivered or collected. A 'Cake Care' guide will be provided, but we are not liable for any issues that arise after delivery/collection.
